Employers wishing to leverage either of these benefits must voluntarily comply with very detailed program rules.

Yes. This state authorizes the medical and adult personal use of marijuana. The laws impact employee drug testing programs. Helping Nevada Employers With Their Workplace Drug Testing Programs

Nevada employers need to be aware of substance abuse in the workplace. It can increase employee turnover, lead to more on-the-job crime and accidents, and hurt productivity.

The cost of drug abuse for American employers is steep — tens of billions of dollars every year.

Here's how we can help your business stay safe and productive:

  • We provide all types of alcohol and drug testing, including pre-employment drug screening of prospective employees, reasonable suspicion drug testing, random testing, post-accident drug testing, and return-to-duty testing.

  • We'll train your staff on how to manage your program and recognize the signs of impairment.

  • US Drug Test Centers will carefully craft your drug-free workplace policy, always in accordance with state law. This clarifies important details like what happens should an employee test positive, the company's view on recreational marijuana use (as well as medical marijuana use), the state's drug testing laws, what type of screening tests are available/required, if and how you test a prospective employee, and so on.

  • We'll take care of your background checks, too!
