Drug Testing for Virginia Employers

Many companies require drug testing to help keep illegal substances out of the workplace. Substance abuse at work can lead to hampered productivity, increased employee turnover, and more on-the-job crime and accidents.

The stakes are even higher with the evolving legislation around both medical marijuana and recreational marijuana users, in addition to our country's opioid addiction.

Here's how US Drug Test Centers can help:

  • Thorough and accurate workplace drug testing: We can conduct a variety of screening, including random drug testing, reasonable suspicion testing, pre-employment drug testing, post-accident screening, and return-to-duty drug testing.

  • Staff training: We'll teach your staff — including your designated employer representative (DER) — how to manage your drug-free workplace program.

  • Drug-free workplace policy: We'll carefully craft your policy so that your staff will know what happens in the event that an employee receives a positive drug test, how the business views medical marijuana users, how the company avoids discrimination in random drug testing, and more.

Why We're the #1 Drug Testing Provider

When you need to order drug tests, why work with us?

Accurate Test Results

We only partner with SAMHSA-certified laboratories in Virginia. Certified labs must follow very strict guidelines regarding their equipment and processes.

In addition, test results are verified by a medical review officer (MRO). This is a licensed physician.

An MRO is important because, for example, should an employee receive a positive test result but believe it was triggered by a valid prescription medication, an MRO can determine if this is the case and follow-up testing is needed.

Convenience and Variety

We have more than 20,000 testing locations around the nation, so you never have to drive far in Virginia to find us. Some of our locations even accept same-day appointments.

We offer drug tests for the widest range of substances, including medical marijuana/recreational marijuana, cocaine, opioids, PCP, ecstasy, Rohypnol, suboxone, steroids, and many others.

If you need testing in a hurry, we have a couple of options. Instant/POCT testing returns negative results the same day. Onsite mobile testing means that a trained collector will meet you or your employee within two hours to begin the collection process.

Whether you're an employer in Virginia needing testing, an employee, or another resident, we make ordering tests fast, affordable, and convenient.
