Owner Operator Clearinghouse Management Program
You may or may not have heard about some changes going on with the FMCSA Department of Transportation regarding the Clearinghouse. If you are not familiar with these changes that are going into effect on January 6, 2020, please refer to https://usdrugtestcenters.com/dot-clearinghouse.html for more information.
All FMCSA, DOT covered Companies and Owner Operators are required to sign up on the Clearinghouse website before January 6, 2020. In order to complete your enrollment, please sign up for our company package below. Once you have enrolled with US Drug Test Centers, click on the following link to complete your enrollment with the DOT: https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/Register. Once enrolled, US Drug Test Centers must be selected as your company's Third-Party Administrator (TPA). (When selecting the TPA, please search under "drug" and our company name will appear).
Your enrollment will include:
- Unlimited Consultations
- Required annual driver query
- Required new driver query
- Reporting of Violations
- Reporting of negative return to duty result
- Reporting of completion of required follow up testing
- Reporting of employer determined refusals
Please note that US Drug Test Centers will be providing all initial queries and annual queries, once the company has purchased query codes from the Clearinghouse and provided them to US Drug Test Centers, upon the Clearinghouse's release on January 06, 2020.
