"This is the second consortium we have worked with. Our first one was a small mom and pop operation that went out of business. That being said, there were a few new regulations we were unaware of and I was dreading having to go through the red tape. We are a small church with a single bus and three volunteer drivers. My initial concern was that we would be too small for their organization. At no time did I ever feel like a "number." They took the time to field all of my questions, even though some of them were somewhat naïve, considering we were playing catch-up. US Drug Test Centers was one of the easiest organizations I've ever worked with. I communicated with three of their staff getting us up to speed with our DOT requirements. They are unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
