"The system itself is very useful, and I appreciate being able to view testing and result statuses in one place and also place orders. However, there appears to be an issue with status updates not being maintained accurately. We have had several hires complete their drug tests, yet the system continues to show their status as "Scheduled" for days or even weeks afterward. This creates confusion and requires additional follow-up on our end. In several cases, I only received updates after personally calling to inquire about the status. If I had relied solely on the system, I would have assumed the hires had not completed their tests when, in fact, they had already tested. Additionally, promised callbacks and status updates are not always received. The platform has great potential, but it is important that testing statuses and pending results are actively monitored and updated in a timely manner. Accurate and consistent follow-through would help prevent customers from being misled about the progress of their hires and would significantly improve the overall experience. I give it a 9 because its useful and helpful, I also appreciate the customer service very nice and professional. Calee, Tricia, Kelsie, Tormar and another gentleman I forget his name; I love working with you all and appreciate your help always. I recommend this platform to anyone."

Bring at the Anniston, AL location the facility was clean and the personnel that collected my specimen (hair stran test) was as pleasant as could be. I didn't get her name but she was amazing! I'd highly recommend this location to friends and family."

"The testing process was pretty good. The primary hang up was waiting to receive the email with the bar code. If this is going to be required, wifi should be provided so that customers do not have to leave the suite and come back to get the email."
