"During the time I have used the Centers to obtain mandatory FAA drug tests, I have had absolutely no difficulties with prompt reporting of the results. No complaints from any patient about the process. No indication of breech of privacy during the notification or collection process. To date, process is not broken, so do NOT fi it."
