"USDTC is great. Quick and easy process to order the test, coordinate the testing site, and obtain test order documents for the lab. I wouldn’t recommend using Labcorp as the testing site due to a few customer service issues one of the testing site employees (not the one that took my sample), the turnaround time being double what was advised, the struggle of using the correct phone number and IVR prompt combination to get a human Labcorp rep on the phone, and being transferred twice to a third person to be told they can’t help you over the phone or even at the testing site to obtain an additional copy of the COC form due to privacy concerns as if the ID they accepted to verify identity in order to collect the specimen isn’t valid 6 days later to get a copy of a document you were given the day of the test. After getting the specimen id number from the original COC that USDTC’s MRO rep needed to look up the results that Labcorp had ironically just posted 30 minutes prior around the same time their phone rep confirmed my name before advising I was SOL in getting duplicate COC copy, I had my copy of the results from USDTC in my inbox. My total time dealing directly with USDTC from order placement to results = less than 10 minutes. Time spent jumping through hoops for Labcorp = 2.5 hours. Definitely use USDTC... just choose Quest instead for your testing site."

I was calling everywhere and they all needed a preemployment form. USDTC made it so easy! All I needed to do was open my email, print it out and take to diagnostic health that same day.
