"Quick to pick up the phone, helped me find a center to test at (while traveling, which is always tough), even refunded me within 24 hours. They helped me find the closest location, which happened to take their own payment & not the US drug test credit. They are super friendly on the phone. When recovering from an addiction is hard enough on the day to day, they make the process Easy. (Court-random drug-testing approved (UT))"

"We use US Drug Centers often for pre-employment. I gave 9 because the system is very convenient, the staff has always been lovely, and the price is manageable. The only reason I did not give a perfect score of 10 is because more times than not I have to call to get the results emailed over, which is slightly inconvenient."
