"The site was very clear and spelled out exactly the test I needed in less than 20 seconds. Easy order over the phone. Testing center was close by and walk in service was fast and efficient. In and out in 15 minutes. Sign in kiosk however did not have the choice I needed where I self paid. Receptionist had to come over and hit the right buttons to get me signed in. Need to fix that."
