"Service was great, but when I first called just to make sure everything was set for an employee to go in and get a screening, the rep was very rude and even hung up on me without saying thank you or bye and I was in the middle of asking a question. Also, there was no information that the drug screening we were trying to get was not being done at the facility past 11:00am. My employee and accompanying manager had to basically beg the facility to please complete the post accident screening because it was needed right away and it was 2 minutes past 11:00am. I thank the facility staff for going ahead and doing it, but just some feedback; I would have made sure the customer knew about the time frame beforehand and the rep was just a little less rude. Other than that, the service was good."
