There were many clinics available in my area with hours on the weekends as well. The customer service when calling the center with questions was very kind and helpful. "It extremely fast and easy to order a test especially if you need them last minute. There are multiple places for the client to choose where they want to go to get the test collected and there is a record of all the test you have taken so you can call the company up and ask them to forward a test to whichever destination you need so that it is coming from a third party. Never had an issue with the MRO or getting a prescription verified. It’s definitely worth it for the price!"

"The scheduling appointment was very easy to complete online. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. The registration of my arrival was automated and very easy to complete. However, my appointment was for 12:15 and I was not called upon until 12:45. That was the only negative thing with the entire process."

The program and website is very easy to follow and use, to add members and to generate pre screening drug test, as well as, the random drug test for members. Our members that get randomly chosen have the option to pick a drug testing facility close to them, and they have not had any major issues getting in and out."
