"For the most part, everything has gone well. However, I have still not received the information needed to create an online account (to log in and schedule tests, etc.). Also, when I scheduled the first test, I was told we would be invoiced. However, our credit card was automatically charged for the test, and then an invoice was sent showing it as paid. This caused some confusion for our accountants."
