Drug Testing for New York Employers

If you're a New York employer, you need to stay ahead of substance abuse in the workplace (especially with the evolution and increased use of recreational marijuana). Drug use at work can affect an employee's performance, leading to increased errors, accidents, and even on-the-job crime.

It increases employee turnover, hurts productivity, and ultimately costs employers billions of dollars every year. This is why drug testing is so vital to the workplace!

US Drug Test Centers offers:

  • Pre-employment drug testing: Pre-employment testing is often required before a candidate will be hired in New York.

  • Post-accident drug testing: This helps determine if drugs or alcohol were involved.

  • Return-to-duty drug testing: A negative drug test result is often required before an employee can return to work.

  • Reasonable suspicion drug testing: This happens when an employee displays signs of impairment.

  • Random drug testing: US Drug Test Centers ensures that New York employees are truly chosen at random, eliminating bias.

Order a Drug Test as a Non-DOT or DOT Business

Does your company work for the Department of Transportation (DOT)? We provide drug testing for both non-DOT and DOT companies.

If you're a DOT company or owner-operator in the state of New York, we'll ensure you stay compliant with both DOT and New York Drug testing laws and regulations.

This is especially important for professionals in safety-sensitive positions. These are roles that can have a direct impact on the safety of surrounding individuals and have a heightened risk of danger.

Regardless of what kind of company you are, abiding by both New York testing laws and federal laws is of utmost importance.
