Methamphetamine and cocaine being leading drugs seized by Texas law enforcement, with a 103% increase in meth use since 2014, while alcohol was the cause for nearly 100,000 arrests and another 71,000 DUI convictions. With the close proximity to the Mexican border the flood of drugs coming into Texas is increasing, as is the potency of these drugs.
